Part 1 Assembly Workshop: Every Layer of Protection Is Carefully Handcrafted

We followed the director to witness the full assembly process of the new upgraded SHOCK Series.
Step 1: Install 360° Rotating Bracket on High-Hardness PC Layer The outermost protective skeleton adopts high-hardness PC material with strong compression and impact resistance. Workers fix the rotating bracket base on the PC shell one screw at a time. This precise manual locking process is the core craft of KELOKE’s widely praised 360° free rotating stand, ensuring stable rotation without loosening or jamming after long-term use.
Step 2: Paste Shockproof Sponge & Upgrade TPU Support Frame After fixing the bracket, workers attach high-density shockproof sponge inside the PC shell to buffer accidental drops. We noticed every worker’s fingers were wrapped with adhesive tape. Thousands of repeated delicate movements every day turn ordinary assembly into rigorous craft. Different from old versions, the new SHOCK Series is equipped with a brand-new upgraded lemon-yellow TPU support frame (consistent with KELOKE’s brand color). Built into the inner layer of the PC shell, it forms a second anti-bending and anti-drop barrier, effectively preventing tablet deformation and damage from extrusion or falling.
Step 3: Fit RoHS Safety Silicone Edge & Experience Texture The last assembly step is the precise positioning installation of the outer silicone edge. All silicone materials pass RoHS safety certification, child-safe and skin-friendly. The director invited us to touch the finished silicone edge personally. Unlike ordinary hard and stiff silicone, KELOKE’s upgraded silicone is soft and delicate with excellent resilience. Its texture is consistent with the high-quality silicone strap of Apple Watch, soft and skin-friendly. The adjustable design fits all hand sizes perfectly, whether for adults with large palms or teenagers and children. Meanwhile, the integrated iPad Pencil sleeve solves the pain point of lost styluses, a thoughtful detail for daily use and outdoor travel.
